Texas Air Services, Inc. and companies provide the following services for the De Havilland DHC-6 Twin Otter aircraft:

• Texas Air Repairs is an FAA authorized repair Station T6XR841N
• Overhaul hydraulic components (nose landing gear, actuators, accumulators, etc.
• Main Landing Gear Overhauls and Inspections (including weld repairs)
• Structural sheet metal services (flight control surfaces, modifications to fuselage, wings, etc.)
• Provide inventory management services of rotable and expendable parts
• Consignment program available for excess inventory
• Sales of spare parts
• Exchange program for rotable parts
• Technical consulting to assist the customer in all aspects of the Twin Otter
• We have FAA certified engineers and inspectors on staff
• 24 hour, 7 days a week AOG service
• Aircraft Sales & Management
• Provide Export Certificate of Air Worthiness
• Engineering approvals on several repairs not covered by manufacturer. (FAA approved)
• Various STC and PMA Parts in development
• Engineering development team availability to assist customers in keeping their aircraft flying.
• Energy Absorption & Drop Testing
